| Ken and Amanda Star were married June 28th, 2003 in Las Vegas, NV. They are currently living and working in Las Vegas while Ken goes to school. Amanda's working at a lady's fashion outlet in "The District" at Green Valley Ranch (J. Jill), but she still plans to be a gourmet chef someday. She is a great cook, too. Her son Brandon still lives with his other grandparents near St. George, UT, so Amanda spends a lot of time connecting with Southern Utah. Ken is a local boy who joined the U.S. Navy after high school. He spent about six years with the Navy before returning home from an assignment to Athens, Greece. He's doing well in civilian life working as an assistant supervisor for a landscaping distribution company in Las Vegas. He's also taking Accounting classes at the local college. | |||||||
